the one week “Healthy Living Retreat” with a twist!
Beginning May 14, 2011 and continuing weekly through December 15, 2011, The Desoto Oceanview Inn will begin healthy living classes with Nutritional Chef Eddie Grosman. The Desoto will feature Organic Vegetarian, Vegan and Vegan/Raw food selection and preparation techniques for total immersion into living a healthy lifestyle. The week-long retreat includes all aspects of living healthy, from organic food selection and preparation to body care, and from yoga, tai chi and meditation to green housekeeping and Feng Shui techniques. Guests apply their learning in their own personal kitchens at the Inn while being coached by Chef Eddie. Our Inn is one of peace and tranquility and is located steps from the beach.
