Jewelry Hallmarks Platinum
No Hallmark on Engagement Ring?
I bought an engagement ring a year ago and it didn’t have a hallmark. I’ve now been told that it’s illegal to sell a piece of jewellery that’s supposed to be hallmarked without a hallmark (like my platinum engagement ring)
What should I do? Simply go back to the jewellers and tell them to hallmark it? Will they?

who cares it is supposed to be a love token, you have had it over a year and it didnt bother you so why should it now. and when the ring is worn you wouldnt see a hallmark anyhow
